1 Corinthians 15:7 meaning and explanation
Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles.
1 Corinthians 15:7, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Paul is listing the resurrection appearances he received as tradition, passing on what was handed to him as of first importance. After mentioning more than five hundred witnesses, he names James, almost certainly the Lord's brother, who did not believe in Jesus during his ministry but later became a leader in the Jerusalem church.
