2 Timothy 1:5 meaning and explanation
I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first dwelt in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am convinced is in you as well.
2 Timothy 1:5, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Paul writes from prison to Timothy, his younger coworker in ministry, and here he recalls the faith that first took root in Timothy's family. Lois and Eunice, his grandmother and mother, are named as the ones in whom that sincere faith lived before it lived in Timothy.
