2 Timothy 2:3 meaning and explanation
Join me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
2 Timothy 2:3, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Paul writes to Timothy, his younger coworker in ministry, likely from a Roman prison where he himself is suffering for the gospel. Having just urged Timothy to entrust sound teaching to faithful people, Paul now invites him to share in hardship rather than avoid it.
