These are the words of the Athenian philosophers and city officials who brought Paul to the Areopagus, the ancient council and public meeting place in Athens. Paul had been reasoning in the marketplace about Jesus and the resurrection, and his hearers, curious about new ideas, asked him to explain this unfamiliar teaching.
