Even on My menservants and maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.

Peter is preaching at Pentecost, and in verses 16 to 21 he quotes the prophet Joel to explain the outpouring of the Spirit the crowd has just witnessed. In Joel's day, servants and maidservants were the lowest in society, and prophecy was normally associated with select leaders.
