Deuteronomy 31:6 meaning and explanation
Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or terrified of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Moses, now one hundred twenty years old and told by God that he will not enter the land, speaks these words to all Israel as they prepare to cross the Jordan without him. The command to be strong and courageous rests not on their own strength but on God's presence: He goes with them and will never leave or forsake them.
