Deuteronomy 33:11 meaning and explanation
Bless his substance, O LORD, and accept the work of his hands. Smash the loins of those who rise against him, and of his foes so they can rise no more.”
Deuteronomy 33:11, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Moses, blessing the tribes before his death, speaks this line over Levi, the priestly tribe. Because Levi kept God's covenant even against family ties (verse 9), Moses asks God to prosper the tribe's work and to accept what their hands offer, meaning the sacrifices and teaching described in verse 10.
