Exodus 4:27 meaning and explanation
Meanwhile, the LORD had said to Aaron, “Go and meet Moses in the wilderness.” So he went and met Moses at the mountain of God and kissed him.
Exodus 4:27, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
God had already told Moses that his brother Aaron, a Levite who spoke well, was coming to meet him (verses 14 to 16). Here the narrator shows that side of the plan: the LORD speaks to Aaron in Egypt and sends him out into the wilderness, where he finds Moses at the mountain of God, the same mountain where Moses had seen the burning bush.
