Exodus 40:21 meaning and explanation
Then he brought the ark into the tabernacle, put up the veil for the screen, and shielded off the ark of the Testimony, just as the LORD had commanded him.
Exodus 40:21, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Moses is speaking here, though the verse reports his action rather than his words. On the day the tabernacle is erected, he brings the ark of the Testimony, the chest holding the tablets of the covenant, into the newly raised tent and hangs the veil to screen it off.
