Ezekiel 23:41, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Ezekiel 23 is a prophetic allegory in which God, speaking through the prophet, portrays Samaria (Oholah) and Jerusalem (Oholibah) as sisters who became unfaithful. In verse 41 the accusation turns to Jerusalem's conduct: she sits on a luxurious couch with a table spread before it, and on that table she has placed God's own incense and oil.
