Ezekiel 47:22 meaning and explanation
You shall allot it as an inheritance for yourselves and for the foreigners who dwell among you and who have children. You are to treat them as native-born Israelites; along with you, they shall be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.

Ezekiel is receiving a vision of the restored land and temple, and the Lord GOD is speaking through him to the exiles who will return. In verse 22 the command goes beyond welcoming strangers: foreigners living among the tribes who have children are to receive land as an inheritance, counted as native-born Israelites.
