Pharaoh is speaking to Joseph, the Hebrew prisoner he has just released from jail after Joseph interpreted his dreams of seven years of plenty followed by seven years of famine. Impressed by Joseph's wisdom and by the Spirit of God in him, Pharaoh gives Joseph authority over his household and over all Egypt, keeping only the throne for himself.
