Job 14:16 meaning and explanation
For then You would count my steps, but would not keep track of my sin.
Job 14:16, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Job is speaking to God out of his suffering, imagining the "then" of verse 15: a time when God would call and Job would answer, when God would long for the work of his hands. In that hoped-for renewal, God would count Job's steps, watching over his path with care, yet would not keep track of his sin.
