Job 38:15 meaning and explanation
Light is withheld from the wicked, and their upraised arm is broken.
Job 38:15, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
God speaks these words to Job out of the whirlwind, answering Job's long complaint with a tour of creation he cannot explain. In verses 12 to 15 the dawn is pictured as shaking the wicked out of the earth like dirt from a cloth, and verse 15 states the result: light is withheld from the wicked and the arm they raised is broken.
