So a second time they called for the man who had been blind and said, “Give glory to God! We know that this man is a sinner.”

The Pharisees summon the healed man a second time, after he has already told his story and his parents have confirmed he was born blind. "Give glory to God" is a solemn call to speak truthfully before God, yet here it is pressed on him to agree that Jesus is a sinner.
