Leviticus 17:10 meaning and explanation
If anyone from the house of Israel or a foreigner living among them eats any blood, I will set My face against that person and cut him off from among his people.

God gives this instruction to Moses for all Israel and for the foreigners living among them. In the ancient world blood was sometimes consumed in pagan rituals, and Israel had been sacrificing in the open fields, so this law draws a firm line around worship and food.
