Leviticus 22:24 meaning and explanation
You are not to present to the LORD an animal whose testicles are bruised, crushed, torn, or cut; you are not to sacrifice them in your land.

Explanation preview
The LORD is speaking to Moses, and through him to Aaron, the priests and all Israel, in a section about which animals may be offered (verses 17 to 25). A sacrifice had to be whole, since it stood in the place of the worshiper before God.
