Leviticus 24:4 meaning and explanation
He shall tend the lamps on the pure gold lampstand before the LORD continually.
Leviticus 24:4, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
In the tent of meeting, God instructs Moses that Aaron must keep the lamps on the pure gold lampstand burning before the LORD without ceasing. The lampstand stood in the Holy Place, just outside the veil that screened the Most Holy Place, and its light represented Israel's ongoing worship and God's presence among his people.
