With his own hands he is to bring the offerings made by fire to the LORD; he shall bring the fat, together with the breast, and wave the breast as a wave offering before the LORD.

Explanation preview
The LORD is instructing Moses for the Israelites at Sinai, completing the laws for the peace offering, the only sacrifice in which the worshipper shared a meal with the priests. Here the offerer himself carries the fat and the breast to the altar, rather than handing them to a priest.
