When one of those reclining with Him heard this, he said to Jesus, “Blessed is everyone who will eat at the feast in the kingdom of God.”

Explanation preview
Jesus is still at the Sabbath meal in the home of a leading Pharisee, where he has just told his host to invite the poor and the disabled rather than those who can repay him. One of the other guests responds with a pious saying about the blessedness of eating at God's kingdom feast, perhaps expecting agreement.
