Luke 22:4 meaning and explanation
And Judas went to discuss with the chief priests and temple officers how he might betray Jesus to them.
Luke 22:4, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Judas goes to the chief priests and temple officers, the men who in verse 2 were already seeking a way to kill Jesus but feared the people. Luke has just said that Satan entered Judas, one of the Twelve, so this meeting is where the plot finds its insider.
