Luke 7:38, Berean Standard Bible

Explanation preview

Jesus is dining at the house of Simon, a Pharisee, when a woman known in the town as a sinner comes in uninvited. Guests reclined at low tables with their feet turned away from the food, so she stands behind Jesus and weeps over His feet, dries them with her hair, kisses them and pours on the perfume she brought in an alabaster jar.
