Matthew 14:18 meaning and explanation
“Bring them here to Me,” Jesus said.
Matthew 14:18, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
The disciples have just told Jesus to send the crowd away to buy food, and He has answered, "You give them something to eat." Their reply is honest: five loaves and two fish, nowhere near enough for thousands. Jesus does not dismiss the small supply or scold them for counting.
