Micah 6:13 meaning and explanation
Therefore I am striking you severely, to ruin you because of your sins.
Micah 6:13, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
In this verse the LORD speaks through Micah to the people of Judah, continuing the indictment that began with the mountains as witnesses. After naming their dishonest scales, violence and lies, God announces the consequence: the blows they are already feeling are His own doing, aimed at ruining them because of their sins.
