You are to eat it as a most holy offering, and every male may eat it. You shall regard it as holy.

The LORD is speaking to Aaron in the wilderness, arranging how the priests will live now that the tabernacle stands at the center of Israel's life. Verses 8 and 9 have already assigned the most holy offerings, the portions of grain, sin and guilt offerings not burned on the altar, to Aaron and his sons.
