  1. 1 Hallelujah! I will give thanks to the LORD with all my heart in the council of the upright and in the assembly.

  3. 3 Splendid and majestic is His work; His righteousness endures forever.
  4. 4 He has caused His wonders to be remembered; the LORD is gracious and compassionate.

  8. 8 They are upheld forever and ever, enacted in truth and uprightness.
  9. 9 He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever; holy and awesome is His name.
  10. 10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow His precepts gain rich understanding. His praise endures forever!

  5. 5 It is well with the man who is generous and lends freely, whose affairs are guided by justice.
  6. 6 Surely he will never be shaken; the righteous man will be remembered forever.
  7. 7 He does not fear bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD.
  8. 8 His heart is assured; he does not fear, until he looks in triumph on his foes.
  9. 9 He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor; his righteousness endures forever; his horn will be lifted high in honor.
  10. 10 The wicked man will see and be grieved; he will gnash his teeth and waste away; the desires of the wicked will perish.

  3. 3 From where the sun rises to where it sets, the name of the LORD is praised.
  4. 4 The LORD is exalted over all the nations, His glory above the heavens.
  5. 5 Who is like the LORD our God, the One enthroned on high?
  6. 6 He humbles Himself to behold the heavens and the earth.
  7. 7 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the dump
  8. 8 to seat them with nobles, with the princes of His people.
  9. 9 He settles the barren woman in her home as a joyful mother to her children. Hallelujah!

Psalms 114

  1. 1 When Israel departed from Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of foreign tongue,
  2. 2 Judah became God’s sanctuary, and Israel His dominion.
  3. 3 The sea observed and fled; the Jordan turned back;
  4. 4 the mountains skipped like rams, the hills like lambs.
  5. 5 Why was it, O sea, that you fled, O Jordan, that you turned back,
  6. 6 O mountains, that you skipped like rams, O hills, like lambs?
  7. 7 Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,
  8. 8 who turned the rock into a pool, the flint into a fountain of water!

Psalms 115

  1. 1 Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to Your name be the glory, because of Your loving devotion, because of Your faithfulness.
  2. 2 Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?”
  3. 3 Our God is in heaven; He does as He pleases.
  4. 4 Their idols are silver and gold, made by the hands of men.
  5. 5 They have mouths, but cannot speak; they have eyes, but cannot see;
  6. 6 they have ears, but cannot hear; they have noses, but cannot smell;
  7. 7 they have hands, but cannot feel; they have feet, but cannot walk; they cannot even clear their throats.
  8. 8 Those who make them become like them, as do all who trust in them.
  9. 9 O Israel, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.
  10. 10 O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.
  11. 11 You who fear the LORD, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.
  12. 12 The LORD is mindful of us; He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron;
  13. 13 He will bless those who fear the LORD— small and great alike.
  14. 14 May the LORD give you increase, both you and your children.
  15. 15 May you be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
  16. 16 The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth He has given to mankind.
  17. 17 It is not the dead who praise the LORD, nor any who descend into silence.
  18. 18 But it is we who will bless the LORD, both now and forevermore. Hallelujah!
