Revelation 12:4, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
John, exiled on Patmos, records a heavenly vision in which the dragon's tail sweeps a third of the stars from the sky and hurls them to earth. In Revelation, stars often represent angels, so this pictures the dragon dragging part of the heavenly host down with him.
