Romans 11:25 meaning and explanation
I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you will not be conceited: A hardening in part has come to Israel, until the full number of the Gentiles has come in.
Romans 11:25, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Paul is speaking to Gentile believers in Rome, warning them against looking down on Israel. He calls this a "mystery," a truth God now reveals: Israel's hardening is partial and temporary, lasting only "until the full number of the Gentiles has come in." The Greek word mystērion means a hidden purpose of God now made known.
