Romans 13:10, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Paul is writing to the Christians in Rome, a church living under the Roman Empire, and in this chapter he has been urging them to live as good citizens and to owe nothing except love. In verse 10 he draws a conclusion from the commandments he quoted just before: since love never wrongs a neighbor, love is what the law was aiming at all along.
