Song of Solomon 7:1 meaning and explanation
How beautiful are your sandaled feet, O daughter of the prince! The curves of your thighs are like jewels, the handiwork of a master.
Song of Solomon 7:1, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
In this verse the beloved woman is being praised, continuing the descriptive poem that runs through the Song. The Hebrew text is difficult here, and the opening address is often rendered "prince's daughter," likely a term of honor rather than a literal royal title.
