2 Timothy 1:15 meaning and explanation
You know that everyone in the Province of Asia has deserted me, including Phygelus and Hermogenes.
2 Timothy 1:15, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Paul writes from a Roman prison near the end of his life to Timothy, his younger coworker, who was serving the church in Ephesus. The Province of Asia was the region of western Asia Minor where Paul had labored for years, so this desertion came from people who knew him well.
