So Paul left the synagogue and went next door to the house of Titus Justus, a worshiper of God.

Acts 18:7, Berean Standard Bible

Explanation preview

Paul had been preaching in the Corinthian synagogue every Sabbath, and when the hearers there opposed and insulted him, he shook out his garments and declared he would turn to the Gentiles. This verse records the first step of that turn: he moved next door, to the house of Titus Justus, a Gentile who already worshiped God and attended the synagogue without being circumcised.
