Colossians 4:8 meaning and explanation
I have sent him to you for this very purpose, that you may know about us, and that he may encourage your hearts.
Colossians 4:8, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Paul, writing from prison, explains why he is sending Tychicus to the Colossian church. Tychicus was a trusted coworker who would carry this letter and report on Paul's circumstances, so the believers would not be left guessing about the apostle's welfare.
