Daniel 11:25, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Daniel 11 is a long prophetic survey, delivered to Daniel by an angelic messenger, of conflicts between the kings of the North and the South, the Seleucid and Ptolemaic empires that grew from Alexander's conquests. Most interpreters identify the king of the North here as Antiochus IV Epiphanes, who invaded Egypt in the 160s BC.
