Exodus 36:2 meaning and explanation

Then Moses summoned Bezalel, Oholiab, and every skilled person whom the LORD had gifted—everyone whose heart stirred him to come and do the work.

Exodus 36:2, Berean Standard Bible

Explanation preview

Moses has just relayed God's command to build the sanctuary, and now he calls the workers by name. Bezalel and Oholiab were already named and filled with God's Spirit in chapter 31, but the verse widens the circle: every skilled person whom the LORD had gifted, and everyone whose heart stirred him.
