Exodus 40:35 meaning and explanation
Moses was unable to enter the Tent of Meeting because the cloud had settled on it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

Moses has just finished setting up the tabernacle exactly as the LORD commanded, and now the cloud covers the Tent of Meeting and the glory of the LORD fills it. The same Moses who met God on Sinai cannot enter because God's presence has taken possession of the tent.
