Ezekiel 12:14 meaning and explanation
And I will scatter to every wind all the attendants around him and all his troops, and I will draw a sword to chase after them.
Ezekiel 12:14, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
God is speaking through Ezekiel about the prince in Jerusalem and his court, announcing that the coming exile will not leave the royal entourage intact. The image of scattering to every wind pictures total dispersal, and the drawn sword shows that flight will not mean escape.
