Hebrews 1:12 meaning and explanation
You will roll them up like a robe; like a garment they will be changed; but You remain the same, and Your years will never end.”
Hebrews 1:12, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
The writer is quoting Psalm 102, applying to the Son words first addressed to God in a psalm of lament. The contrast is between the created heavens and the One who made them: they will wear out and be rolled up like a worn cloak, while the Son stays the same and his years never end.
