Hosea 2:10 meaning and explanation
And then I will expose her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and no one will deliver her out of My hands.
Hosea 2:10, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
In Hosea 2 the LORD speaks as a wronged husband, with Israel pictured as an unfaithful wife who chased after the Baals and credited them with grain, wine and wool that God had given. Verse 10 belongs to that courtroom speech: her lewdness, her shameful unfaithfulness, will be exposed before the very lovers she trusted, and none of them will rescue her from God's hands.
