Joel 3:18 meaning and explanation
And in that day the mountains will drip with sweet wine, and the hills will flow with milk. All the streams of Judah will run with water, and a spring will flow from the house of the LORD to water the Valley of Acacias.
Joel 3:18, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
The LORD speaks through Joel to a ruined Judah, promising a day when the land itself will overflow. Mountains dripping sweet wine and hills flowing with milk echo the abundance of the promised land in Deuteronomy, while streams running through Judah answer the drought of Joel 1.
