After this, Jesus crossed to the other side of the Sea of Galilee (that is, the Sea of Tiberias).

John has just finished describing a healing in Jerusalem, and "after this" marks a change of scene. Jesus crosses to the far side of the Sea of Galilee, which John also calls the Sea of Tiberias, the name taken from the city Herod Antipas built on its shore.
