In this chapter God is speaking through Moses to the Israelites camped at Sinai, setting boundaries for sexual conduct before they enter Canaan. Verse 10 names a grandfather and granddaughter, or a grandmother and grandson, forbidding intimacy with a son's daughter or a daughter's daughter.
