Moses told this to Aaron and his sons and to all the Israelites.
Leviticus 21:24, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
This closing verse reports that Moses delivered the whole of chapter 21 to three groups: Aaron, his sons the priests, and all the Israelites. The chapter has addressed priests directly about mourning, marriage and bodily marks, and the high priest with stricter rules still, then turned to physical defects that bar a descendant of Aaron from serving at the altar.
