These words conclude the call of Simon Peter, James and John beside the Lake of Gennesaret. After the miraculous catch of fish, Peter falls at Jesus' knees in awe and fear, and Jesus answers, "Do not be afraid; from now on you will catch men." Luke, a careful historian, notes that they brought the boats to shore first, then left everything.
