Luke 5:13 meaning and explanation
Jesus reached out His hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” He said. “Be clean!” And immediately the leprosy left him.

A man covered with leprosy approaches Jesus in one of the towns, falls facedown and asks whether Jesus is willing to cleanse him. Leprosy made a person ritually unclean, so touching him was a striking act, not a casual one.
