Micah 7:19 meaning and explanation
He will again have compassion on us; He will vanquish our iniquities. You will cast out all our sins into the depths of the sea.
Micah 7:19, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
Micah has been lamenting that the godly have vanished and that even family and friends cannot be trusted (verses 2 to 6). In verse 7 he turns from that ruin to wait on the LORD, and the book closes as a prayer of confidence in God's mercy toward the remnant of His inheritance.
