You are to present these offerings to the LORD at your appointed times, in addition to your vow and freewill offerings, whether burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offerings, or peace offerings.”

The LORD has just laid out the full calendar of seventh month festivals: the trumpet blast, the Day of Atonement, and the seven days of Tabernacles with its eighth day assembly. Here he closes the list by telling Israel that these required offerings at their appointed times (Hebrew moed, a fixed season) do not replace the offerings people bring on their own initiative.
