Psalms 94:16 meaning and explanation
Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will stand for me against the workers of iniquity?
Psalms 94:16, Berean Standard Bible
Explanation preview
The psalmist speaks as one among a faithful minority facing powerful oppressors who kill widows, foreigners and orphans and assume God does not see. In verse 16 he turns from describing the wicked to a raw cry for help: no human defender is stepping forward, so he asks who will stand with him.
